The registration of participation is binding.
Participation is not guaranteed until payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference program may be subject to changes.
Partial refunds for any non-attendance reasons will be reviewed on request and may be provided on an exceptional basis only.
Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
